What’s in this guide

This guide describes how to use Meridian Asset Management Module to find and view information about items stored in a repository. Installing, configuring, and administering Meridian Asset Management Module is documented in the BlueCielo Meridian Asset Management Module Administrator’s Guide.

This guide explains how to:

Browse, navigate, and search Asset Management Module repositories for documents and object tags.
Search for text contained within documents.
Export document lists to Microsoft® Excel®.
Save searches for reuse and delete them.
View, draft print, download, and hyperlink to documents.
Redline and type feedback about documents for review by Meridian Enterprise users.

This guide is available in the formats and locations described in the following table unless otherwise noted.

Documentation formats
Option	Description
Adobe PDF (LTR & A4 sizes)	The Meridian Enterprise extensions share. In Meridian Enterprise PowerUser, these files are listed on the Help menu under the Printable Documentation item. By default, the location is: C:\BC-Meridian Extensions\Printable Documentation\Modules\Explorer
Web help	This format is shown in a browser window when you click the Help button . These files must be installed by a system administrator.
